Gina and I spent last weekend laid out on various beds and couches around the house, sick with a vomiting bug. And while being sick is never fun for anyone we did manage to use the time stuck indoors to finally look through and edit all the footage we took with our little flip video camera while we were in India. Don’t expect much, I’m sure we won’t be winning any awards anytime soon but we had a blast getting to revisit all the memories of that wonderful trip.

Che Bella! Refreshing our memories too. We like the mix of video and still shots with atmospheric soundtrack. Good pics of all of you – great to see Matteo! You will have us going back to review the whole album and maybe the dairymaid’s too! Grazie:))
wow … really brilliant .. well done guys.. what an amazing experience you had .. what struck me a lot was the colour.. everywhere. great to see matthew looking so happy . xx
Awwww Gina, i miss you bean!! that video was fantastic! Soundtrack was cool!! Makes me want to go to India now!x
Nice! The clips really gave me a sense of your trip that the stills alone could not. And the beautiful stills included had a new context to be viewed against. Keep making movies! What were the songs played?
I love how even when you have a stomach bug you can produce something so creative and beautiful.
You both are so inspirational and amazing! I loved seeing the awesome footage from your travels. So lovely. And, the music you picked was great! Love to you both!
Thanks everyone!
@Alexoxoxo – The songs were Go Do by Jónsi (the front-man from Sigur Ros) and The High Road by Broken Bells (collb by the Shins singer and the guy who produces the Gorillaz)
Hi Jeff,
I accidently came across your blog and loved the way you have captured your experiences in words and video.
We Delhi-ites often head for the mountains at every given opportunity. Needless to say, your blog had me re-visiting my memories of my visits to Manali and Leh and every place around it.
I hope to go biking this time to Leh.
